Job summary

Reevr in High Wycombe is seeking a Field Service & Installation Engineer to install and commission specialist scientific equipment at customer sites across the UK and internationally. This hands-on role offers technical variety, from FAT testing to on-site commissioning, with regular travel.

You will diagnose electro-mechanical faults, provide after-sales support and customer training, and collaborate with production, sales and R&D.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience fault finding electro-mechanical equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to undertake regular UK and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission specialist equipment at customer sites UK and internationally.
• Perform FAT and testing.
• Diagnose and resolve electro-mechanical faults.
• Provide technical after-sales support and customer training.
• Liaise with customers and support site preparation.
• Support production with system build and testing.
• Review test documentation and SOPs.
• Provide input to Sales and support R&D projects.
