Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd is seeking a Graduate Application Engineer to be field-based across South East London and Home Counties. You will build technical knowledge quickly while developing commercial skills and owning regional relationships.

You'll spend four days a week visiting engineers, delivering CPD sessions, and collaborating with the internal team to convert specifications into orders. Structured training starts immediately, with progression into broader technical or commercial roles.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong reading of technical schematics/drawings.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit consulting engineers across the region and build long-term relationships.
• Influence design decisions at feasibility/specification stages.
• Deliver technical presentations and CPD sessions to engineers.
• Work with internal technical team to develop proposals and convert specs to orders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline.
