Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in STEM or computer science related subject.
• Excellent communication of technical information to varied audiences.
• Strong problem solving and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining ownership of incidents from initial customer report to resolution.
• Prioritising and categorising faults promptly; escalate to other teams as needed.
• Delivering software or infrastructure updates.
• Following technical troubleshooting guidelines to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Maintaining clear, proactive communication to keep customers informed and to build trust.
