Content Guru in Bracknell is seeking a Graduate Support Engineer to join our Engineering Support team. You will handle incidents from first report to resolution and contribute to keeping our cloud solutions reliable and responsive for customers.

We welcome STEM graduates with passion for technology, strong problem‑solving skills, and clear communication. This is a hands-on, customer‑facing engineering role at our head office in Bracknell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in STEM or computer science related subject.
• Excellent communication of technical information to varied audiences.
• Strong problem solving and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining ownership of incidents from initial customer report to resolution.
• Prioritising and categorising faults promptly; escalate to other teams as needed.
• Delivering software or infrastructure updates.
• Following technical troubleshooting guidelines to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Maintaining clear, proactive communication to keep customers informed and to build trust.

As a Support Engineer, you will deliver exceptional technical solutions to our customers from first call to resolution.

Location

This role is based in our head office in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Key responsibilities of the role

• Maintaining ownership of incidents from the initial customer report to resolution.
• Prioritising and categorising faults promptly, escalating to other teams in the business where necessary.
• Delivering software or infrastructure updates.
• Following appropriate technical troubleshooting guidelines and techniques to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Maintaining a commitment to keeping customers informed and build and maintain relationships of trust with customers.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.

About You

• Bachelors degree/equivalent in STEM or Computer Science related subject.
• Experience communicating technical information to a variety of technical and non-technical people.
• Highly technically able.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Good experience of delivering customer service.
• Great spoken and written communication skills.
