McLaren Racing is offering an Engineering Graduate Programme in the United Kingdom for two years starting in summer 2027. You will rotate through Aerodynamics, Design, Racing and Performance, and contribute to race weekend support across the season.
The programme seeks candidates with an Engineering, Mathematics or Sciences degree (2:1) and basic computing/CAD skills. A placement year in your degree (starting summer 2026) is expected, with strong communication and teamwork needed.

Our Engineering Graduate Programme is specifically designed to develop talent within Engineering, to grow our internal knowledge base and create the future leaders of McLaren Racing. You will be rotating around different areas of the Engineering side of the team as part of the 2-year programme, exposing you to areas including Aerodynamics, Design, Racing and Performance.
This role will include race weekend support across the season.
