Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Blackpool, Lancashire invites you to join a two-year Engineering Graduate Development Programme with four six-month rotations across Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Production Operations, R&D and Quality. You will own real projects, gain practical experience across the full product lifecycle, and develop a broad skill set with mentoring and cross-functional networking.

Eligible graduates with a 2:1 and a degree in engineering or science, completing by Sep 2027,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or science, awarded within the last two years or before Sep 2027.
• Minimum 2:1 classification (or equivalent).
• Industrial placement or hands-on project experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rotation objectives and project tasks to agreed timelines, with guidance from your rotation supervisor.
• Contribute to product and process design, testing and continuous improvement activities.
• Support - and progressively lead - new product/process introduction and cross-functional project work.
• Follow quality, safety and regulatory procedures; learn and apply the regulatory requirements relevant to each rotation.
