Johnson & Johnson in the United Kingdom leads an Engineering Graduate Development Programme comprising four six‑month rotations to build technical depth and commercial awareness.

You will rotate through Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Production Operations, R&D and Quality, owning real projects that drive new product introductions and process improvements while receiving mentoring and cross‑functional networking opportunities.

Qualificações

• Essential: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline, awarded within the last two years or before Sep 2027.
• Minimum 2:1 classification (or equivalent).
• Desirable: Industrial placement, internship or hands-on project experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver rotation objectives and project tasks to agreed timelines, with guidance from your rotation supervisor.
• Contribute to product and process design, testing and continuous improvement activities.
• Support and progressively lead new product/process introduction and cross-functional project work.
• Follow quality, safety and compliance procedures; learn and apply regulatory requirements relevant to each rotation.
• Proactively identify learning needs and engage in training, workshops and mentoring.
• Provide high‑quality support to internal and external stakeholders.
