Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Leeds is inviting graduates to join its two-year Engineering Graduate Development Programme. You will rotate across Design & Development, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations to gain hands-on experience from concept to production.

You will work on orthopaedic product development, benefit from internal training and mentoring, and have opportunities to earn professional qualifications while contributing to improved patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduated within the last 2 years with a relevant engineering or science degree.
• Degree qualification at 2:1 or above.
• Eligibility to work permanently in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Design & Development, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations.
• Contribute to the development of orthopaedic products and processes.
• Lead projects with supervision and pursue professional qualifications.
