You will rotate through Design, Industrial, Process, and Project Delivery, gaining hands-on experience while benefiting from formal mentoring and structured development paths.
A 2:2 degree or higher in engineering supports application, with willingness to travel across the UK.
Qualifications
- A 2:2 degree or higher in mechanical, industrial or process engineering.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to travel across the UK.
- A valid passport and full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for innovative enhancements in the workplace.
- Research and recommend technologies and process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and deliver project plans.
- Manage project risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Deliver engineered solutions in repair, service, and retrofit of rotating equipment.
