Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Process Engineer in the United Kingdom to own and optimize manufacturing value streams for safe and compliant production of medical devices.

You will lead complex process development and validation programs, mentor junior engineers, and represent Engineering in governance and regulatory forums to drive improvements in quality, supply continuity and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
• Experience leading IQ, OQ and PQ validation activities.
• Track record managing Audit Actions, NCRs and CAPAs within a QMS.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize assigned manufacturing value streams to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective production of medical devices.
• Lead complex process development and validation programs and mentor junior engineers.
• Represent Engineering in governance and regulatory forums to drive improvements.
• Drive initiatives that improve quality, supply continuity and cost performance.
