Job summary

Bidwells is seeking a motivated Graduate to join the Energy & Renewables team in Oxford to start early 2027. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio including Solar PV, BESS, onshore/offshore wind, and green hydrogen, while working with industry experts and pursuing RICS Chartered status.

You’ll join a two-year graduate development program designed to build technical and commercial acumen, client delivery skills and professional confidence.

Qualifications

• RICS-accredited degree (2:1 or above) is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, appraise and evaluate sites suitable for renewable energy and infrastructure development, including feasibility assessments and GIS analysis.
• Conduct land referencing, landownership investigations and site finding, researching planning, property, environmental and energy matters.
• Gather, analyse and interpret information to support project delivery, client recommendations and business decisions.
