Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment in Southampton is seeking a Junior Engineer / Technical Officer to join a leading equipment manufacturer delivering eco-friendly products across the UK. The role offers full training, hands-on installation, on-site and workshop work, product demonstrations and technical support for customers, with hybrid working and 37.5 hours per week.

Basic mechanical or electrical engineering experience is required.

Qualifications

• Junior engineer with practical engineering or fitting experience.
• Full training will be provided for a specialist industry.
• Commutable to Southampton; readiness to work at workshop and on customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble and test equipment in the workshop.
• Visit customer sites to support installation and maintenance.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations.
• Work across workshop, office and customer sites; hybrid setup.
