Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 BEng/BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical approach to investigations.
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude with focus on quality and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Support sustaining and enhancement of Andor's electronic hardware products.
• Conduct root cause analysis investigations on customer returns and production issues.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve product quality and reliability.
• Support engineering changes driven by electronic component obsolescence.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve product conformity.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical documentation, user guides and engineering records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across products and processes.
• Build strong working relationships across engineering, operations and quality teams.
• Take ownership of your personal and professional development.
