Job summary

Mott MacDonald Group is seeking graduates for a Electrical Engineering role in the Water Utility Division. You will contribute to critical infrastructure projects, working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver clean water, wastewater treatment, flood protection, and environmental resilience.

You’ll gain hands-on experience designing electrical systems, supporting project management, and developing technical skills through mentoring and structured development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (obtained no earlier than 2025) or expected to achieve one of the listed degree disciplines.
• Design and review of electrical and ICA (EICA) designs for water and wastewater infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review EICA designs for water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Develop drawings and documentation: power single line diagrams, cable block diagrams, P&IDs, control system architecture, and I/O schedules.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and internal teams to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions.
• Drive design quality and efficiency using digital tools and data-driven approaches.
• Gain exposure to project and commercial management with mentoring and early careers support.
