Mott MacDonald is offering a graduate Electrical Engineer role in our Water Utility Division. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team delivering essential water and wastewater infrastructure, with mentoring and a three‑year Early Careers soft skills programme to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Eligible candidate will have less than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements).
• Bachelor’s degree obtained no earlier than 2025 or expected in relevant disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review electrical and ICA (EICA) designs for water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Develop drawings and documentation such as plant general arrangements, power diagrams, I/O schedules, P&IDs, and control system architecture.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and internal teams to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions.
• Use digital tools and data-driven approaches to improve design quality and efficiency.
• Gain exposure to project and commercial management with mentoring and training.
