Zusammenfassung

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated graduate engineer to join the Grid Automation division.

You will design, configure and test protection and control solutions for substations across different voltage levels, while rotating through teams to build a strong technical foundation. You will be mentored by experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience with SCADA, RTU and HMI systems, and work with communication protocols such as IEC 61850, DNP3 and Modbus, with emphasis on cybersecurity

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Aufgaben

Assist in design and configuration of protection and control systems for substations.
Support testing activities including factory acceptance tests.
Gain exposure to SCADA, RTU, HMI systems and protection relays.
Learn IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus and other communication protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product engineering, applications and field services.
Support documentation development including system specifications, test procedures and technical reports.
Engage in continuous learning and contribute to technical innovation.
Work with project and delivery teams to ensure high-quality solutions aligned with customer needs.
