Job summary

Hoare Lea is seeking a 2027 Graduate Electrical Engineer for their London team. You’ll rotate through projects across healthcare, hotels and residential sectors, contributing to electrical design and smart building solutions.

You’ll use Revit, Dialux/Relux and Electrical OM while developing your skills through our mentor-led programme and structured career paths. Hybrid working and a strong training culture support your early career.

Qualifications

• 2.1 or above in an IET/CIBSE accredited degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Friendly, ambitious and confident with a flexible and resilient approach.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to multiple sectors from healthcare to hotels, retail to residential.
• Produce detailed designs and drawings including electrical circuits, wiring and lighting.
• Use Revit, Dialux, Relux and Electrical OM for modelling and analysis.
• Engage in CPD and ongoing personal development opportunities.
