Hoare Lea invites applications for a 2027 Graduate Electrical Engineer in Bournemouth. You will join one of the UK’s leading building engineering consultancies, contributing to electrical design across sectors such as healthcare, hotels, retail and residential.

You’ll work with Revit, Dialux, Relux and CAD tools, develop detailed designs, and collaborate with project teams while benefiting from CPD, mentorship and a clear career path toward Chartership.

Qualifications

• 2.1+ in an IET or CIBSE accredited degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to all aspects of our work across sectors (healthcare, hotels, retail, residential).
• Producing detailed electrical designs and drawings (circuits, wiring, lighting).
• Using modelling software and engaging with project teams; ongoing CPD and learning opportunities.
