Job summary

Hoare Lea is seeking a 2027 Graduate Electrical Engineer in Manchester to start in 2027. You will work across healthcare, hotels, retail and residential sectors, producing detailed electrical designs and drawings with state-of-the-art software.

The role offers CPD, mentoring, and a clear path to Chartership. You will join one of the UK's largest building engineering consultancies, collaborating with a wide range of specialists and benefiting from structured training and development programs,

Qualifications

• 2.1 or above in an IET or CIBSE accredited degree (Electrical Engineering or similar).
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed electrical designs and drawings (including circuits, wiring and lighting).
• Use Revit, Dialux, Relux and Electrical OM for modelling/designs.
• Engage in continuous CPD and learning; liaise with project teams and clients.
