Job summary

Arup is a global engineering and consulting firm seeking Graduate Electrical Engineers to join multi-disciplinary design teams across the UK. The role includes an IET accredited training scheme to support professional status and extensive training and development opportunities.

You will design power distribution, lighting and protection systems, work in 3D with Revit MEP and collaborate with architects and other engineers to deliver innovative building services solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related field preferred.
• IET/CIBSE or Engineering Council accredited course is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design power distribution, lighting, fire detection and earthing systems for buildings.
• Perform short circuit, coordination and maximum demand studies.
• Create lighting photometric models and technical reports.
• Work in 3D using Revit MEP and develop electrical calculations.
• Collaborate with Architects and other engineers to refine designs.
