Job summary

Arcadis is offering a two-year Graduate GROW Programme in the UK, designed to transition graduates into professional engineers while contributing to real client projects in energy networks and renewables.

You will gain practical engineering experience across transmission, distribution, and renewable technologies, developing technical skills and business acumen through cohort training and mentored opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrate Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and being a team player.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (virtual working encouraged).
