Job summary

Arcadis invites ambitious graduates to join the two-year GROW Programme, bridging academia and client work from day one. You will specialise in engineering disciplines while contributing to meaningful projects across the UK's energy networks and renewables teams.

You will gain core engineering skills, consulting capabilities, and exposure to a global client base, supported by a structured graduate cohort training program.

Qualifications

• You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026.
• You will have at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• You will demonstrate Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and being a team player.
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (virtual working embraced).

Responsibilities

• Join the Transmission and Distribution Engineering team and help shape the UK’s energy system on UK and international projects.
• Contribute to primary and secondary engineering work across transmission, distribution and renewables.
• Develop practical solutions in renewable technologies and grid connections for client needs.
• Turn academic knowledge into practical engineering experience and support sustainable energy goals.
