Qualifications

• You will graduate in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree.
• Demonstrate Arcadian skills: resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
• Excellent communication to influence and consult stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Join the Transmission and Distribution Engineering team and work on UK and international projects.
• Contribute to energy networks and renewables, including grid connections and upgrades across HV systems.
• Turn academic knowledge into practical engineering experience while delivering sustainable energy solutions.
