Job summary

The Graduate Network in Harborne, Birmingham is seeking a motivated Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our education recruitment team. This permanent, full-time role offers a £24,000–£30,000 basic salary plus commission, with immediate start.

You'll build relationships with schools across the West Midlands, recruit graduates and teaching staff, coordinate interviews, and grow your own client base while working toward achievable targets and earning commission.

Qualifications

• Graduate or experience in sales, customer service or a people-focused role.
• No recruitment experience required.
• Ambitious, motivated and keen to learn with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with primary and secondary schools in the West Midlands.
• Recruit graduates, teaching assistants and teachers for local schools.
• Discuss staffing needs with schools and match candidates.
• Manage candidates, arrange interviews and coordinate placements.
• Develop new business and build long-term client relationships.
• Work toward targets and earn commission on your success.
