The Graduate Network is hiring a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in the West Midlands with an immediate start. The role offers a competitive basic salary of £24,000–£30,000 plus commission, permanent full-time employment, and the chance to build lasting school partnerships.

You will recruit graduates, teaching assistants and teachers, manage candidate pipelines, and develop new business opportunities while working toward achievable targets.

Qualifications

• A confident communicator who enjoys meeting and speaking with new people.
• Ambitious, motivated and keen to earn more.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
