The Graduate Network is recruiting for a graduate or entry-level professional to join our education recruitment team in Harborne, Birmingham. You will build relationships with schools and place graduates, teaching assistants and teachers into local roles.

No prior recruitment experience is required; a positive, trainable attitude and strong communication skills are valued. There is potential for long-term career progression with commission incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate or experience in sales, customer service, or a people-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with primary and secondary schools across the West Midlands.
• Recruit graduates, teaching assistants and teachers to work in local schools.
• Speak with schools to understand staffing requirements and find the right candidates.
• Manage your candidates, arrange interviews and coordinate placements.
• Develop new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
• Work towards achievable targets and earn commission on your success.
