The Graduate Network is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Education to join our Harborne team. You will build strong relationships with primary and secondary schools across the West Midlands and recruit graduates, teaching assistants and teachers to fill roles in local schools.

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent with interest in recruitment.
• Sales, customer service or people-focused experience welcomed.
• No previous recruitment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with primary and secondary schools across the West Midlands.
• Recruit graduates, teaching assistants and teachers to work in local schools.
• Speak with schools to understand staffing requirements and find the right candidates.
• Manage your own candidates, arrange interviews and coordinate placements.
• Develop new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
• Work towards achievable targets and earn commission on success.
