Job summary

Mott MacDonald is offering a Graduate Digital Consultant role to kickstart your career in a global, employee-owned consultancy. You will work with digital specialists and project teams to help water and wastewater projects use data and digital tools to improve efficiency and resilience.

Qualifications

Less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements) and a degree in Digital, Engineering, Science, Mathematics or Technology (obtained no earlier than 2025).
Strong problem-solving approach and initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of digital solutions for water and wastewater projects to become more efficient, connected and data-driven.
Work with data, digital tools and technology to provide insights for better decisions and outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative approaches across water, infrastructure and environmental projects.
Contribute to information management, BIM, GIS, automation, business intelligence and digital engineering.
Help clients harness digital technologies to address challenges across water supply and asset management.
Engage with project teams to gather requirements, share ideas and support delivery.
Develop technical knowledge and gain experience with leading digital platforms and methodologies in the water sector.
