Job summary

Mott MacDonald in the United Kingdom is inviting graduates to join our Water Engineering or Dams & Reservoirs teams as part of the Graduate Civil Engineer programme. You will contribute to sustainable water infrastructure, learn from experts, and be mentored throughout a comprehensive three-year early careers pathway.

You will gain hands-on experience from planning to handover, with exposure to river, flood and water management disciplines and the chance to work across multiple specialist

Qualifications

• Less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements) and a masters degree (obtained no earlier than 2025) or expected to achieve one of the following degree disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Design pipelines, water and wastewater treatment facilities through feasibility, outline, and detailed stages.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions.
• Support projects from planning and modelling to construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Use digital tools to enhance design quality and efficiency.
• Grow your technical and project management skills through mentoring and training.
