Thales Group in Glasgow, United Kingdom, offers a 3-year Engineering Development Programme starting 06 September 2027. The programme, accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS, provides rotation in Year 3 across UK business units and hands-on experience designing and developing engineering solutions.

The role starts with a £34,000 per annum salary, a permanent contract, and 37 hours weekly. Hybrid/flexible working, pension and health benefits are included as part of the package.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject is required.
• Entry-level graduate opportunity with limited relevant experience.
• Must have right to work in the UK and be able to obtain BPSS and SC clearance.

Mansioni

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Rotate in Year 3 across different business units to gain exposure to engineering lifecycles.
