Aston Martin Formula One Team in Silverstone seeks a Graduate Design Engineer to join our Aerodynamic Surfacing group. Qualifications

• Strong modelling of aero surfaces and robust CAD geometry.
• Solid understanding of design for manufacture and accuracy.
• Interest in aerodynamic design, CFD or wind tunnel testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine high-quality surface models to support aerodynamic development and CFD/wind tunnel testing.
• Translate design concepts and aerodynamic requirements into accurate, robust geometry.
• Collaborate with aerodynamicists, designers and engineers to meet tight deadlines.
• Support CAD model maintenance and aerodynamic baselines.
• Ensure surface quality and design integrity throughout development.
• Contribute to improving modelling methods and design processes.
• Manage tasks and communicate progress to peers and leads.
