You will be responsible for supporting our clients with on-site installation of new equipment, preventative maintenance, repairs, and delivery of customer training on our chromatography solutions (LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, HPLC).
For this role, you will be working remotely combined with travel to customer sites (4-5 days per week, with occasional nights away) primarily in the Midlands (Leicester – Birmingham – Derby, Nottingham, Coventry), but with occasional travel further in the UK (a company car is provided to you).
We are looking for an individual with the following background:
On a personal level, you are proactive, outgoing, and customer-oriented. You enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team, to solve various types of problems. You have great communications and interpersonal skills to interact with many internal and external partners.

This job has a full-time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
