Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Apprenticeship Coach to deliver our AI-focused Digital Support Technician programme.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding, coaching, and assessing learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, helping them to achieve success and realise their potential. You will play a key role in shaping the learner experience by delivering high-quality coaching and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
You'll manage a caseload of up to 50 learners (excluding those with planned end dates or on break in learning), typically spread across two cohorts.
