Fospha in London is hiring for a Graduate – Entry Level role within the Customer Intelligence team. You will work across live customer accounts, becoming a trusted expert in data-driven insights and guidance for budgeting decisions.

The role offers hands-on learning with a clear path to advanced opportunities across the business. You will develop deep expertise, turn data into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with Account Managers and product teams to improve data quality and customer

Responsibilities

• Join the Customer Intelligence Team and work across customer accounts, becoming a trusted expert in the insight, model and data quality behind them.
• Be responsible for the customer outcomes your team owns — driving action on insight, trust in the model, and confidence in data quality.
• Turn data into clear recommendations, building trust in our methodology and keeping data accurate and flowing.
• Be confident and effective in customer-facing moments relevant to your team, building credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and other specialist teams, feeding customer insight back to Product and keeping everyone aligned with progress updates.
