Job summary

Fospha in London, White City, is seeking a Graduate - Entry Level joiner to join the Customer Intelligence team and turn data into actionable marketing insights for live client accounts.

You will work across customers, build trust in data quality and model outputs, collaborate with account managers and other specialists, and grow through our Centre of Excellence with hands-on training and Gen AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Join the Customer Intelligence Team and work across customer accounts, becoming a trusted expert in the insight, model, and data quality behind them.
• Be responsible for customer outcomes your team owns—driving action on insight and trust in data quality.
• Turn data into clear recommendations and build credibility in Fospha’s methodology.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and other specialist teams, feeding customer insight back to Product.
• Support Gen AI initiatives and help improve efficiency across customer workstreams.
