Job summary

Fospha is looking for a Graduate - Entry Level to join our Customer Intelligence team in London (White City). You will work on live customer accounts from go-live, becoming the trusted expert on insight, data quality, and modeling behind client decisions.

You'll learn to turn data into actionable recommendations, influencing budgeting decisions and helping customers become experts in the Fospha platform, with Gen AI tooling enhancing efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities

• Join our Customer Intelligence Team and work across customer accounts, becoming a trusted expert in the insight, model, and data quality behind them.
• Be responsible for the customer outcomes your team owns - driving action on insight, trust in the model, and confidence in data quality, contributing to customer retention with the Account Manager.
• Build deep expertise in your specialism and use it to solve real customer problems, turning data into clear recommendations, building trust in our methodology, and keeping data accurate and flowing.
• Be confident and effective in customer-facing moments, building credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and other specialist teams, feeding customer insight back to Product, and keeping everyone aligned with regular progress updates.
