Job summary

Fospha is hiring for an entry-level role in Customer Intelligence in London. You will work across live customer accounts, turning data into actionable insights and collaborating with Account Managers and product teams.

This hands-on role focuses on learning how Fospha turns data into customer action, with Gen AI opportunities and exposure to a fast-growing enterprise platform used by major brands.

Responsibilities

• Join the Customer Intelligence Team and work across customer accounts as a trusted expert on data quality and insights.
• Drive customer outcomes: action on insight, trust in the model and data quality, aiding retention with Account Managers.
• Develop deep domain expertise to translate data into clear recommendations and build credibility.
• Engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in customer-facing moments.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and other teams, feeding insights back to Product and maintaining alignment.
