Fospha in London is looking for a graduate to join our Customer Intelligence team. You’ll work on live customer accounts from go-live, becoming the trusted expert in data quality, insights, and model trust, turning data into actionable guidance for marketing decisions.

This hands-on role emphasizes learning how to translate analytics into concrete customer actions, with exposure to Gen AI tools and a fast-growing environment in London’s White City office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Join the Customer Intelligence Team and work across customer accounts, becoming a trusted expert in the insight, model, and data quality behind them.
• Drive customer outcomes by turning insights into action, building trust in the data and ensuring data quality.
• Develop deep expertise in your area and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for customers.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders during customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and other teams, feeding insights back to Product and maintaining alignment with progress updates.
