Fospha is seeking a Graduate - Entry Level in London (White City) to join the Customer Intelligence team. You’ll work across live customer accounts from go-live, turning data into actionable insights and becoming the trusted expert in the Fospha domain.

You’ll learn to drive customer outcomes, collaborate with account managers, and leverage Gen AI to improve efficiency. No specific degree required; curiosity and communication skills are key.

Responsibilities

• Join the Customer Intelligence Team and work across customer accounts, becoming a trusted expert in the insight, model, and data quality behind them.
• Own the customer outcomes your team is responsible for—driving action on insight and trust in data quality.
• Develop deep expertise in your domain to turn data into clear recommendations and build trust in Fospha’s methodology.
• Be confident in customer-facing moments, communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
