Fospha is seeking a Graduate – Entry Level to join the Customer Intelligence team in London (White City). You will work on live customer accounts from go-live, becoming a trusted expert in data insight and driving actions across marketing decisions.

The program emphasises hands-on learning, Gen AI tools, and cross-functional exposure within Fospha’s Scale Space ecosystem. The role involves collaborating with Account Managers, building credibility with stakeholders, and growing into future

Responsibilities

• Join our Customer Intelligence Team and work across customer accounts, becoming a trusted expert in the insight, model, and data quality behind them.
• Be responsible for the customer outcomes your team owns — driving action on insight, trust in the model, and confidence in data quality.
• Build deep expertise in your specialism and turn data into clear recommendations, building trust in our methodology, and keeping data accurate and flowing.
• Be confident and effective in customer-facing moments, building credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and other specialist teams, feeding customer insight back to Product, keeping alignment with progress updates.
