Fospha in London, White City, is hiring a Graduate - Entry Level to join the Customer Intelligence team. You’ll work across live customer accounts from go-live, becoming the trusted expert in insight, model, and data quality behind client decisions.

This hands-on role offers rapid development through The Centre of Excellence, exposure to Gen AI tooling, and collaboration with account managers and cross‑functional teams, with generous benefits.

Responsibilities

• Join the Customer Intelligence Team and become a trusted expert in insight, model and data quality.
• Own customer outcomes, driving action on insight and data quality with the Account Manager.
• Develop deep expertise to turn data into clear recommendations and trust in our methods.
• Be confident in customer-facing moments with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and other teams, feeding insights back to Product.
