Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join as Trainee Cover Supervisors in secondary schools across the 11–18 age range. No prior classroom experience is required; what matters is enthusiasm, confidence and a willingness to learn.

You will supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared materials and support pupils in maintaining engagement and positive behaviour. This role offers a stepping stone into education and potential career development within Vision for Education.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in any subject.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Willingness to work across secondary schools and engage with young people.

Responsabilités

• Supervise classes of pupils aged 11–18 in the absence of their usual teacher.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and keep students engaged in learning.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and foster a constructive classroom environment.
• Develop confidence in behaviour management and classroom leadership.
• Be a positive role model helping students realise their potential.
