Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join as Trainee Cover Supervisors in secondary schools across the 11–18 age range. No prior classroom experience is required; what matters is enthusiasm, confidence and a willingness to learn.

You will supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared materials and support pupils in maintaining engagement and positive behaviour. This role offers a stepping stone into education and potential career development within Vision for Education.
