Vision for Education are recruiting Trainee Cover Supervisors in Derby to support secondary schools across Key Stages 3–5. You will supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, helping maintain engagement and behaviour while supporting learning.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across Key Stages 3–5 following guidance from teaching staff.
• Maintain student engagement, behaviour, and safety.
• Support learning by assisting students with tasks where appropriate.
• Adapt to the needs of different classes and school environments.
• Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.
