Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is recruiting a motivated recent graduate to join our Cover Supervisor Programme as a Coversupervisor. The role involves delivering pre-prepared lessons when teachers are absent, ensuring students stay engaged and on task.

Full training is provided, so no prior teaching qualifications are required. Candidates with degree or relevant experience working with young people are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant experience working with young people.
• Ability to lead a classroom and manage behaviour.
• Willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.
• Flexible to commit to a minimum of four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
• Keep students engaged and on task.
• Participate in required training for the CSP programme.
• Support students' learning and classroom management.
