Tradewind Education is seeking Graduate Cover Supervisors to support learning across a network of secondary schools in Rotherham and surrounding areas. Qualifications

• A degree in any subject.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes of secondary-aged students across a range of subjects, delivering work set by the absent teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring students remain focused, engaged and on task.
• Create a positive, safe and supportive learning environment.
• Follow school policies and procedures, particularly safeguarding, behaviour and health and safety.
