Vision for Education Ltd is recruiting enthusiastic graduates to work as Cover Supervisors in secondary schools across the East Riding and surrounding areas. You will supervise lessons, deliver pre-set activities and maintain a positive classroom environment.

This role offers hands-on school-based experience, a competitive daily rate of £90-£120, and a pathway toward teacher training or PGCE, starting December 2026.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a relevant degree or qualification.
• Strong classroom management and clear communication.
• Interest in pursuing teacher training or a PGCE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in the absence of a teacher.
• Deliver work that has been prepared in advance.
