Vision for Education Ltd is recruiting graduates for our Coversupervisor Programme (CSP). You will deliver pre-prepared lessons when teachers are absent and help keep students engaged. Full training is provided, no teaching qualifications or school experience required.

This role offers flexible placements, with opportunities to work four days a week, earning £400-£600 per week. It provides a clear pathway into teacher training and a stepping stone into a career in education.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant experience working with young people.
• Be confident leading a classroom and managing behaviour.
• Be adaptable, organised, and reliable.
• Strong communication skills and passion for working with young people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
• Ensure students are engaged and on task.
• Participate in full training provided by Vision for Education.
