Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join its Cover Supervisor Programme (CSP). No teaching qualifications required as full training is provided, with opportunities to gain classroom experience before applying for teacher training.

The role involves delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of a teacher, maintaining engagement, and developing classroom management skills, with flexible placements and potential progression into training.

Qualifications

Join a leading education provider to work as a Coversupervisor.

Salary: £130 - £150 per daNovember (or sooner)

Vision for Education is inviting motivated and ambitious recent graduates to join our highly successful Cover Supervisor Programme (CSP). This programme is designed for individuals who are looking to transition into teaching and want to build valuable classroom experience before applying for teacher training.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task. Full training is provided, so no teaching qualifications or prior school experience are required.

Graduates from academic, sporting, and performance backgrounds tend to excel in these roles due to their confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills.

We offer a range of flexible placements, but candidates who can commit to a minimum of four days per week are particularly sought after. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your classroom management skills while earning £400-£600 per week.

Requirements
