Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a motivated graduate to join its Coversupervisor Programme. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, ensuring students stay engaged. Full training is provided, so no teaching qualifications are required.

This role offers flexible placements with a potential four-day commitment, boasting weekly earnings of £400–£600 and a pathway into teacher training. September 2026 start possible.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant experience working with young people.
• Confident in leading a classroom and managing behaviour.
• Adaptable, organised and reliable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willing to obtain Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service.
• Experience in a school setting is desirable but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.

Salary: £100 - £120 per day

Vision for Education is inviting motivated and ambitious recent graduates to join our highly successful Cover Supervisor Programme (CSP). This programme is designed for individuals who are looking to transition into teaching and want to build valuable classroom experience before applying for teacher training.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task. Full training is provided, so no teaching qualifications or prior school experience are required.

Graduates from academic, sporting, and performance backgrounds tend to excel in these roles due to their confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills.

We offer a range of flexible placements, but candidates who can commit to a minimum of four days per week are particularly sought after. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your classroom management skills while earning £400-£600 per week.
